DV-GPSM is the automatic sorting machine for the 100% quality control of the production.

The transport of parts to be inspected is made by a  tempered glass plate, smooth or milled, optionally equipped with a ring for the transport of hanging pieces, equipped with a numeric control. This gives extreme versatility to the system , as it is possible to control a wide variety of items without retooling.

The high  flexibility of the machine allows the installation of multiple  stations based  on 2D, 3D  camera and laser gauges.

The system  can also  be easily expanded later, if the control of new products is required. The parts loading may be done in bulk, by means of vibrating systems, or by conveyors, for already oriented parts . DV-GPSM can be configured with multiple unloading stations, for the sorting  of nonconforming product, or the classification of good parts. The rejects are differentiated and segregated inside the machine.

The human-machine interface is realized by a touch screen monitor, through which the operator can interact with the whole system. It is possible to store all the statistics split by job order, i.e. for the generation of X-R charts (for statistical quality control). The system allows the guided creation of an unlimited number of control programs.
