Eye Flex Sorting Machine
As can be seen from the name itself, the DV-EFSM is by far the most flexible and versatile standard selection system.
The robust supporting structure, made of welded steel, supports the anthropomorphic robot used for the picking and handling of the parts in the various control stations.
The applicable selection criteria are multiple and based on complementary technologies such as 2D/3D artificial vision with matrix and/or linear cameras, contact controls with measuring pads and inductive probes, eddy current for the control of heat treatment presence and absence of cracks, laser with profilometers and micrometers.
The system also allows the management of an automatic cycle of master piece verification, aimed at the periodic control of the machine calibration.
Non-compliant components can be classified according to the type of defect detected, with logic programmable by the customer.
The system allows to archive all statistical control data, divided by job order, and allows to create an unlimited number of selection programs in guided mode.

La DV-EFASM nasce dalla combinazione tra la flessibilità della DV-EFSM e la particolarità del controllo su 360° della DV-ASM, con l’obiettivo di gestire l’ispezione di particolari di medie dimensioni.
Il sistema permette il carico e lo scarico manuale dei particolari, mantenendo comunque la possibilità di essere facilmente automatizzato in funzione delle esigenze produttive.
La configurazione consente l’ispezione del componente da sopra, da sotto e a 360°, oltre all’integrazione di stazioni custom dedicate a controlli specifici quali:
- controlli a contatto (tastatori e tamponi di misura)
- Sound Check per il controllo cricche
- controlli con Eddy Current
Su richiesta, la macchina può essere equipaggiata con sistemi di oggettivizzazione del controllo, utili a garantire una corretta tracciabilità del processo.
