Over the years we have made sure to build an environment attractive for new resources and stimulating for current collaborators, where people can find a space in which to grow and realize themselves. We have a company welfare plan with a dedicated budget to be able to welcome the ideas of the team. This is expressed in various activities such as individual training, team building, interventions to improve company spaces, which have as a common denominator the desire to create a solid and dynamic environment in which to work.

The team

We are an SME but we have decided to structure ourselves like a large company. We manage the entire production process of our systems internally, from conception to mechanical design, to the development and customization of the software, production and remote service.

With the aim of creating an increasingly inclusive and collaborative work environment, where every employee has the opportunity to actively participate and feel valued, Delta Visione has decided to equip itself with a shared Welfare Plan. The success of its implementation is entrusted to a committee that acts as a mediator between the needs of employees and those of company. Each employee can propose a wellness initiative, as long as it is in line with corporate values; the collection of initiatives is annual and these can generate an impact both internally and externally.
